Booking a delivery is simple:
1. Create an account or log in to your existing account
2. Click on "Book Delivery" from your dashboard
3. Enter pickup and delivery details (addresses, contact information)
4. Select your preferred service type (Express, Same-Day, Next-Day, or Standard)
5. Add package details (weight, dimensions, description)
6. Choose your payment method
7. Review and confirm your booking
You'll receive a tracking number immediately via SMS and email.

You can track your package in three ways:
1. Via our website: Go to the "Track Package" page and enter your tracking number
2. Via email/SMS link: Click the tracking link sent to you after booking
3. Via your dashboard: Log in and view all your active deliveries
Real-time tracking shows your package's current location, delivery agent details, and estimated delivery time.

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:
Online Payment:
• Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
• Bank Transfer

• Mobile Money
Cash Payment:
• Cash on Delivery (COD) - available with a small service fee
• Pay at our office before pickup
All online payments are processed securely through Paystack and Flutterwave.

Yes! We operate 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays.
Our operating hours are:
• Monday - Saturday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Sundays & Public Holidays: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
However, delivery times for certain service types may be adjusted on public holidays. Contact our support team for specific holiday schedules.

Our pricing is transparent and based on three factors:
Total Price = Base Price + (Distance × Per KM Rate) + (Weight × Per KG Rate)
• Base Price: Fixed starting price for the service type
• Distance Charge: Calculated based on actual distance between pickup and delivery locations
• Weight Charge: Based on your package weight in kilograms

For safety and legal reasons, we do not deliver:
• Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, corrosive)
• Perishable items requiring refrigeration
• Live animals
• Cash or negotiable instruments above ₦100,000
• Pornographic materials
Fragile items (electronics, glassware) can be delivered but must be properly packaged and declared during booking.

• Perishable items requiring refrigeration
• Live animals
• Cash or negotiable instruments above ₦100,000
• Pornographic materials

If we can't deliver your package (recipient unavailable, wrong address, etc.):
1. Our agent will attempt to contact the recipient via phone
2. You'll be notified immediately via SMS and email
3. We'll make up to 3 delivery attempts at no extra charge
4. After failed attempts, you can:
• Reschedule delivery (free within 48 hours)
• Update the delivery address (may incur additional fees)
• Return to sender (return shipping fees apply)
• Pick up from our office
Packages held at our office for more than 7 days may incur storage fees.
