Ozianaluo Logistics ("Company," "we," "us," "our") operates a logistics and delivery platform that enables customers to book and track deliveries across Enugu State. By accessing and using our website and mobile application (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with or without notice.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information in your account
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our Platform are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not apply to previously confirmed bookings.
Payment Terms:
- Payment must be made before or at the time of booking
- We accept various payment methods including Paystack and Flutterwave
- Failed transactions will not result in charges to your account
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery Timeframes: We provide estimated delivery times based on service type (Express, Same-Day, Next-Day, Standard). These are estimates only and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Pickup and Delivery: Customers are responsible for having their packages ready for pickup at the scheduled time. If a recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, our agent will attempt delivery as per the terms of the booking.
Package Condition: By booking our services, you confirm that your package is in good condition and properly packaged. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
5. Liability Limitations
Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ozianaluo Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits or data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific delivery in question.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Ozianaluo Logistics or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
7. Prohibited Items
You may not use our services to deliver the following items:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
- Weapons, firearms, explosives, or ammunition
- Hazardous materials or chemicals
- Stolen goods or property obtained illegally
- Items that are counterfeit or infringing on intellectual property
- Perishable items without proper packaging and temperature control
- Items that violate any applicable laws or regulations
By booking our services, you certify that your package does not contain any prohibited items. We reserve the right to refuse service or report illegal activity to authorities.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through the following process:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team with detailed information about the dispute
- Step 2: We will investigate and provide a response within 48 hours
- Step 3: If unresolved, disputes may be escalated for mediation
- Step 4: Disputes shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Platform. Your continued use of our services following the posting of modified terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
